Soak snow fungus and sterculia lychnophora in water for 1 hour then rinse all the ingredients and

drain well. Put everything in slow cooker with 1.5 - 2 litres of water and boil under low heat for 4 hours or longer and sweetened with honeycomb/rock sugar.
